American Specialty Cars (ASC) has announced the new open-topped Cosmos concept. Based on a Hummer H3, the Cosmos is equipped with a new fabric-top that can open the entire cabin, or the passenger and cargo areas selectively. (Thanks to Jalopnik for the heads-up!)
