Team Toyo™ Off-Road’s Todd LeDuc scored his first ever victory in the Pro 2 category during Round 1 of the 2006 CORR Lucas Oil Racing Series. Driving his Toyo Tires® Open Country M/T™ equipped Ford race truck, LeDuc powered through Saturday’s tough pro field of drivers to dominate the national season-opener in Southern California.
During Round 2 on Sunday, LeDuc once again stood on the podium, scoring a Third Place finish, and firmly grasping the lead in the 2006 Championship points. Also scoring an impressive Third Place finish in the Pro-Lite Division on Sunday was younger brother, Kyle LeDuc. Kyle started from the back of the field in his Ford Ranger, slicing through traffic to his eventual spot on the podium. According to Stan Chen, Manager of Events and Motorsports, Toyo Tire (U.S.A.) Corporation, “These are great opening rounds for Toyo’s Open Country M/T™. We couldn’t be more pleased that the LeDuc brothers are racing on Toyos, and we congratulate Todd for his first ever victory in the Pro 2 Division.”
