There have been a ton of rumors circulating as to what these new trucks have underneath, but it has been confirmed that these testers are powered by a 6.4-liter Powerstroke V8 Turbo Diesel. chevy sucks, you cannot prove other wise, no specs, selling records, opinions can change that fact, i ha 2 f450’s that pull 38,000lbs concrete form trailers up and down the rocky mountains at steep grades since 95, ive had chevys and dodges befor an none has lasted for more than a year, these two trucks have over 250,00 miles and are still runing to this day, people that blow turbo’s and have problems after problems should stick w/ thier gas engines, because they dont know how to drive a diesil.
and no, i do believe chevy and dodge make good trucks, i wont argue that, but i have personally put all brands to the HELL test and prefer Ford.

It is scheduled for 09 . You may not have heard but GM is ramping up another diesel plant right in Tonawanda, NY to produce two all new Diesel engines for light duty vehicles. Unfortunatly the old Diesel Suburban was a POS. The new one should be solid however.

Consumers Report, September addition, page 53, are the ratings for full size pickups and heavy-duty diesel pickups. CHEVY KICKED DODGES ASS! First place full size truck…Chevy. Last place…that piece of crap truck they call a Dodge Ram. First place in Heavy-Duty Diesel pickups, Chevy Silverado with a score of 57. What were the scores for Ford and Dodge? An insignificant 37 for Ford and pulling ahead of Ford, (most likely by having an additional cup holder) was Dodge with a whopping score of 38. Each of them achieving a “fair” rating. Then Billhole, if you had turned to page 59, the Chevy….yes again …has more horse power and out pulled the Ford and the Dodge AND had better fuel economy while doing it. Those statistics are from the charts and pictures…but you couldn’t read those could you? So here is what you can do Bilbo…gather up all your friends like “little Willy” in a big circle and shove these facts up your Broke-Back ass and POUND IT!
