First Tony Stewart raced ChumpCar for 24 hours straight at Virginia International Raceway. Now ChumpCar is heading to some of NASCAR’s biggest tracks: Texas Motor Speedway, Homestead-Miami and Auto Club Speedway in California.
ChumpCar racers will get the opportunity to try the high banks that NASCAR has to offer as well as “outside the box thinking” like turning right and utilizing the track’s interior road course.

The ChumpCar World Series runs numerous endurance races for $500 cars all across the ole US of A. Below are the ChumpCar dates at some of NASCAR’s big tracks.
Texas Motor Speedway June 19-20, 2010
Homestead-Miami July 3, 2010
Auto Club Speedway (California Speedway, Fontana) July 10-11, 2010
Fortunately for most ChumpCar drivers, Tony Stewart, who has logged thousands of miles on these tracks, will have a schedule conflict with NASCAR on the above dates. That means any team of fools in a $500 heap has a chance for glory.

The folks at ChumpCar said they will accept entries after the listed deadlines on their Web site. Come out to Southern California in July and try your hand against the Speed:Sport:Life crew in their Big Sausage Pizza Delivery machine.
