Krider/Kramer Racing drove the wheels off a Nissan Sentra SE-R to finish second in the hotly contested E3 class during the first race of NASA’s Western Endurance Racing Championship (WERC) series. The event was a three hour enduro into the night with six classes doing battle on the track at the same time. At the end of the three hour race only fifteen seconds separated first and second place in E3. The winner ran out of gas on the cool down lap and third place was just a few seconds behind the Krider/Kramer Racing SE-R. It doesn’t get much tighter than that.

Full results of the event can be found at Jalopnik.

The pit crew, consisting of Crew Chief Steve Kuhtz, AJ Gracy, Nick Brown, Derek Hawkinson and Simeon Gracy, worked like a well oiled machine and had the fastest pit stops out of the entire field. This gave drivers Keith Kramer and Rob Krider the chance for a podium finish, and darn near the win.
