I recently spent a week with the 2025 Alfa Romeo Stelvio Q4, and despite being the less spicy version with a 280-horsepower turbo-4 cylinder, it is still a blast to drive. The Stelvio Quadrifoglio is no longer on the menu for 2025 and is only offered in Base, Intensa, and Tributo Italiano versions now.
Highs – Well, look at it. What a damn good-looking vehicle in a damn good-looking color (Verde Fangio). While the interior is dated compared to its contemporaries, the controls are simple knobs, buttons, and switches. You can’t beat those. Think of it as functional, if not the most modern. It’s also a blast to drive with the excellent suspension tuning, limited-slip diff, and an engine that does best when driven hard. It’s not FAST, but it is FUN for an SUV.

Lows – The front sport seats are comfortable, but do get a little uncomfortable after long driving sessions. Rear seat legroom is cramped. No problem for agile kiddos, but adults are going to be unhappy if cramped back there for extended periods. Cargo space is also not great compared to the Stelvio’s contemporaries.

MSRP for this one comes in around $60k as-tested. Actual transaction prices are probably 10%-15% lower based on what I’ve seen.
