Prancing horses and raging bulls graced this year’s Italian Concorso over looking Monterey Bay, California. Normally when you think of California, you are reminded by everyone that it’s always sunny. But that is not always true. When you live on the coast or have a beautiful concours show grace the Black Horse Golf Course, one would expect to have sunny skies.
